To find out the qualification and procedures for becoming an ordained CB Minister please download our Ordination Policy. This booklet provides helpful information for the ordaining church as well as the candidate for ordination. The candidate for information will also want to download and complete the Ordination Information Form. It is a fill-in form best completed with Microsoft Word.

The Stewardship Services Foundation has many resources to assist churches and pastors with financial responsibilities.

  • The Booklet” is a 20-page booklet that concisely outlines the key concerns regarding Pastoral Compensation issues. This is available for download from their website.

Christian Ministry Resources publishes an annual guide entitled Compensation Handbook for Church Staff. This guide breaks down compensation according to Ministry Position, Church Size, Community, and much more.
