Church Registration

Individuals should sign-up through their local church.

Instructions:

Be sure to select the SuperCluster Location
Complete the Church & Contact Information
Enter Number of Attendees (Note: at least one person must be registered in order to complete the form. Additional people may be added later).
Select the Payment Method
If your church is already registered and you are adding additional attendees, be sure to check the box at the end of the form "My church has already registered" so that you will not be charged the registration fee a second time.

Select the SuperCluster you will be attending:

October 18th - New Hartford, NY (Early Bird Registration Deadline: Oct. 10th)
October 25th - Syosset, NY (Early Bird Registration Deadline: Oct.17th)
November 1st - Charlton, MA (Early Bird Registration Deadline: Oct. 24th)
November 8th - Portland, ME (Early Bird Registration Deadline: Oct. 31st)

Early Bird Registration: $50/church (if registered on or before the dates listed above) plus $10/person

Registration: $75/church plus $10/person

Pay by check: Click the submit button and then print out your registration form to mail with your check.
